i bought a vehicle from this dealership. i started out with a really nice, knowledgeable salesperson (important to me because i NEVER buy used cars). for some reason, he got fired. the manager followed up on the deal, which i thought was very professional. however, the closing of the deal was very rushed and unprofessional.

there were a few things wrong with the car (dents, scratches and a defective cd) that the manager didn't want to fix. fortunately, there was a nice person who helped out but he had to keep it on the down low.

additionally, the paperwork drill was unorganized. the right hand didn't know what the left was doing. first, my check for taxes, tags, etc sat in their office for over a month so when i went to the dmv to pick up my permanent tags (i stood in line for over 2 hours!), i was told the dealership never sent in the paperwork. when i questioned the dealership, i kept getting different answers as to whether it was their responsibility or my responsibility to do the legwork for the tags.

i have had my vehicle for 6 months and took it in for inspection. my car only has 20K miles on it but my tires are bald! it seems the folks at this dealership are not only unorganized and unprofessional, they are also unprincipled. before i took my suv off the lot, they took the good tires off and gave me used, old, offbrand tires. now i have to spend upwards of $200 per tire because of the sleaziness.

too bad it's a family owned business. i would like to think that all of them are not like that. yes, they have nice cars and i think i got an ok deal, but their customer service *** and they are not above board or organized.

EEE of Springfield is a horrible place to buy a car. They are sleezy and dont car who they steal from. I went in to purchase a vehicle and keep getting the run around about the trunk not working and was told by the owner it was at the dealership getting fixed(guess what) after having the vehicle for three weeks the trunk stop working so I called back and talked with "Ace" he said ooo it started working on its own so we didnt get it fixed. So I am confused at this point after asking what they did to the trunk. So "Ace" says you have a warranty dont you just bring it in and let us do the work. I said to myself no thank you. No to mention they were suppose to payoff my trade in (sent a payment to the bank on my behalf because a it was coming up due prior to the payoff welll it bounced). The I am having the car looked at this week to ensure nothing else doesnt need to be fixed. GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. DIRTY BUSINESS.
